• Due to the manufacturing process, when keycaps are viewed carefully under light, some marks may appear to be scratches. However, these are not actual scratches—they are gas marks generated during production, which is a normal phenomenon and will not be covered by after-sales service.
• Keycaps are not handicrafts; especially for glossy two-color keycaps, it is impossible to achieve a completely flawless finish. Please consider this carefully before placing an order.
