Log into your ClickClack account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
